Omyum Chai Latte

A supercharged, SuperNatural latte that not only tastes wonderful, but also kicks in extra antioxidants through doses of cinnamon, ginger, clove, and cardamom. Try our version of this classic to get a chocolatey, Chai concoction you won't forget. 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Omyum
  • 12 oz hot water
  • 1-2 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground clove
  • ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Add Omyum, chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, clove and cardamom) and vanilla to your favorite mug. Add hot water and stir with frother. Sweeten to taste with the sweetener of your choice.

  • Step 2

    Heat milk. Whisk with your frother and add a touch of vanilla and/or honey while it's foaming.

  • Step 3

    Add hot milk to your mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

  • Step 4

    Sip, savor, and create something beautiful!

Iced Chai Alternative

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice. Secure with lid and shake to mix and chill. Enjoy!
