Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Omyum

This is a refreshing way to enjoy Omyum.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Omyum
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½  tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 12 oz oat milk
  • 6 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Step 1

    Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and water to a small frying pan or pot on the stove, and heat on medium-high, whisking to combine. Bring to a simmer then lower the heat to medium-low and simmer about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sugar has completely dissolved and syrup has slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  • Step 2

     Combine Omyum, oat milk and stevia into a cocktail shaker. Shake 11 times until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 3

    Pour into a cup with ice.

  • Step 4

    Pour brown sugar syrup over the top.

  • Step 5

    Stir and enjoy! Let your mind be blown.

TIPS:

  • If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, just use a Mason jar with lid. You can add a little heavy cream (or half and half) for even more creaminess.
