“Bulletproof” Omyum

This is a fan favorite way to enjoy Omyum. For those on a ketogenic/low-carb diet it’s a great way to power up your day with extra healthy fat to fuel your brain and body and give you even more sustained energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Omyum
  • 12 oz hot water
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Step 1

    Combine Omyum, hot water, coconut oil, butter and stevia in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 2

    Pour into your favorite mug.

  • Step 3

    Sip and use your SuperNatural powers for good!  

NOTES:

  • You can add collagen protein powder for an additional nutritional boost. Substitute MCT oil for coconut oil if you don’t care for the taste of coconut.
